For over nineteen years I've been building high-performing software development teams and organizations through the use of agile and Scrum. I've worked with startups and some of the largest organizations in the world. I am a Professional Coach and work with leaders at all levels during transition and transformation, exhibiting courage, focus, devotion, respect, and openness in my relationships with people.
As a keynote speaker in the corporate world, I travel the world and share my own experiences and assist others do the same. I help businesses design and administer technology effectively. I focus on continual improvement, working with others, and conveying information to clients to enhance their experience.
